Friendly staff.
Good coffee available 24 hours, ground and brewed fresh. I need coffee first thing in the morning, I was able to take a cup up with me at night and reheat in the morning before I left the room.
I am paranoid about bedbugs, I saw absolutely no sign of any insects anywhere.
Fitness room.
The pancake machine looked like a good idea, kind of fun. But the results had the texture of Play-Doh.

I skipped breakfast this trip. I did get to briefly use the pool for the first time. Was happy there was a microwave and refrigerator, I used them both. I stayed an extra day for personal reasons which was the first time I got to enjoy my room and amenities.
Really, I usually arrive later in the evening, I stay at this hotel frequently, but I find an 11:00 am checkout rather inconvenient. Check in after 3:00 check out before 11:00. For an overnight stay who can find time to use the amenities. Yes I understand these times are customary. Can a request be made for a late checkout time?
