We had a good stay - hotel fit our expectations. Breakfast was yummy!
There was some confusion about our room being cancelled, and we had to rebook while traveling to the location, which has now been resolved. A refund was received. This was not a Booking.com issue - it was through the hotel. They were very nice to work with, and as I said, the issue has been resolved.
There was work going on at the hotel which caused the fire alarms to go off, but it was quickly rectified. At least it wasn't during the night. :)

In the middle of being sold so needs lots of tlc.

I have fibromyalgia. I expected the pool to be open. I was surprised to find out when I got there that the pool was closed and they did not know when it was going to be reopened when I tried to contactbooking.com. I was unable to do so so I’m disappointed with booking.com as well.
