Red Roof Inn Morton Grove

The staff are friendly and room is clean.

Stairs outside should be repair.

I stayed at this hotel for several days while wrapping up my business in the area. Overall, I had a very good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked as expected. I especially want to thank AJ at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful and professional throughout my stay. When I arrived with several heavy suitcases, he kindly helped me bring them to my room. On the day I checked out, he also took the time to print several important documents for me without any hesitation. His kindness and customer service really made a difference during a very stressful time for me. The only real downside is that the hotel is located on a busy road, so traffic noise can be noticeable, especially if you're a light sleeper. The Wi-Fi in my room also wasn't always very strong or stable, but it was generally usable. Overall, I had a positive stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, affordable place with friendly and helpful staff.

Noise street

location...., staff helpful, and very friendly.

bedside lighting to be able be able to read in bed. the biggest disappointment was that our gas tank was siphoned off sometime during the night. Had filled it just before arriving, only to find just enough gas in the tank remaining to make it to the gas station the next morning.
