The Pumpkin Spice waffle mix was a nice surprise and excellent, plus, free parking was appreciated!
Now that I know more about Durango, the location met my needs, but I would prefer to stay downtown to walk to attractions and restaurants.

That it was very clean. The staff member that checked us in was very friendly and helpful in finding somewhere to eat.

Location
The laundry facilities were awful. The dryer ruined one of my workout shirts. It got black marks all over our clothes. Manager on duty did put an out of order sign on it after the fact. Everytime I went to the desk the GM was not in the office or was on a meeting. I chose not to call her because I knew I would be blown off.
