Boundary Hotel Durango

Lots of nice amenities like a yoga room. Bed was comfortable

It’s right next to the main road through town so the road noise is considerable

Loved the staff and the room. It was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. The record player and selection of records were such a fun bonus. The fire pit was a great touch to enjoy a glass of wine after a long day of travel, and the windows and doors are impressively sound‑proof, so you don’t hear any of the nearby traffic. Overall, a really enjoyable stay.

I knew there wasn’t a hot tub, but it would have been a nice touch. There was instant coffee in the room, which is fine, but the lobby has all the amenities for good coffee and beverages you can purchase, free regular coffee for guests would make mornings even better. Parking can get tricky if you arrive later in the evening, and you often end up parallel‑parking in the “No Parking” zone just to fit. This had nothing to do with the Boundary itself, but the biggest issue came on the second night when a family with young children checked in next door. I had thought the room was pretty sound‑proof, but the running, door slamming, and even singing in the bathroom carried right through the walls. It made the night much less restful than the first, though I can’t fault the hotel, just the guests who didn’t seem to realize how disruptive they were.

The hotel was clean and spacious. It was a great find! The price point was exceptional. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The only thing I didn’t like was our stay was too short. 😞

No free coffee-only option is to buy coffee and anything else you want. Seemed cheap and seemed too focused on only making money not on making customers welcome
