I stay at the Staybridge Hotel whenever I travel to PA. Lakeema Reed and Jay are AWESOME! I walk into the hotel and I am immediately greeted by name " Hi Teresa". They always make sure I am taken care of and go above and beyond! They are the best!!!!! Teresa Williams

I love this hotel. The staff were pleasant and professional. The pool and jacuzzi were great too.
I feel the hotel can use some updated beds and sofas they were a bit bumpy and flat. Of course I wish the pool can stay open later. I will stay here again tho.

The location was perfect
The staff was rude when trying in check in 20 minutes early. Had us leave for 20 min and come back while she kept repeating check in is at 3pm! Thats fine but at least offer us to sit down inside , instead making us leave for a few min and come back. The evening staff is just as bad we bought drinks from the hotel and took them to desk to be paid for and she didn't even say Hi just sat there like she didnt care.
