The staff was congenial and professional. The beds were comfortable and rooms/bathrooms were very clean.
Breakfast was good.
Fresh baked cookies in the lobby at night!
For longer stays, towels and linens are only changed out every 4 days.

I loved the king bed. Mattress was firm, lotsjf pillows. I liked the cleanliness of the place and the expansive pet walk area. I liked the included breakfast feature and thought it was well stocked.. Most especially I liked the lady taking care of the breakfast station. She was on top of everything and very pleasant.
Two things. My wife check-in prior to my flight arriving to find she could not get the studio room we originally booked because we had our dog with us. We were given a room with a king though so that was good. I had put 2 pets in when I made the reservation but no one said anything about the studio. Also the room we did get was clean but had a strong musty smell to it. It dissipated over time though. Very happy overall.
