I liked the rooms, they were spacious and clean. The decor in the room was attractive.
I didn't like that the Bistro didn't have any service that afternoon and night. The bathtub in my room didn't drain out the water while I was showering.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The valet service was superb! Location, location, etc. in downtown. Access to public transportation, city attractions, especially, Glad you are able to help keep downtown alive!
Everyone will be glad when the main elevator is in service. And all the ice machines. But still a great location, and served our purpose well. In the room, there was a tear in the carpeting, some wallpaper has come unglued, and there was a steady drip in the tub. Being somewhat older, I had a concern that the bathroom floor was quite slippery, wet or dry, unless wearing soft-soled shoes. But all that is fixable.

The location was convenient, all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The lobby was very modern, up to date and offered reasonable amenities for the price point.
Of two rooms booked, one smelled strongly of mildew, had a fairly stained/worn carpet and (a small inconvnience, by far) the coffee maker did not work.

The room was nice and cold. Too often hotels don't allow for air conditioning to be adjusted to such a comfortable coolness. I really appreciated this. I really liked the small couch in our room. I appreciated the free waters in the room and at the lobby.
I did not like that there was no ice machine on our floor. I did not like having to go to the second floor whenever I needed ice. The water dispenser in the lobby was always low and not often replenished. I would've like to have coffee available in the lobby, or atleast a cookie for hospitality. I did not like the parking situation. The self parking in the mall garage was way to far away and should be clearly stated on the website that walking is required for self-park.
