I liked everything about the hotel. It was comfortable and clean and the staff were amazing. I especially liked that it was close to the Aztec Theatre because that was the reason I was there for, to attend a concert. I was able to walk to the venue just fine. It was only a 7 minute walk.
There was nothing I didn't like!

The location. The desk clerk.
The hotel was old and historic. There were no amenities. Parking was sketchy. Had to go to the parking garage next door. Needed instructions to get a discount for staying at the hotel. No place to park to unload or get the instructions. The desk clerk let us stay in a parking place in the rear to make up for being charged then having to leave again. Staff was great, but otherwise a tourist trap. There was a machine for coffee that charged $2 for a cup. No breakfast. Close to River Walk.
