Because we booked online breakfast was not included and when I checked in we came to this hotel because it offered two beds. The lady said the only two bed room left was one in the dog friendly area.
I can’t stay there so she gave us a one king size room.
I’m traveling with one of my sons.
Also the stopper was not in the tub so couldn’t take a bath, shower only.
Having a room with two queens, breakfast included we were charged 22. per person

This is my go-to spot when I’m traveling through the SJC airport. Clean. Comfortable. Affordable. And the customer service is exceptional. This time I had the pleasure of meeting the front desk representative, Gio. He was friendly, efficient & professional. He went out of his way to accommodate me.

Great location, nice facilities
Staff accommodated our booking issue upgrading from a single bed to a double. Although warned, the pet smell was overly strong. We aired the room out, but the smell was still overpowering. We spent most of time out the room but the scent was concerning
