Location, pool and space outside

The location, I was going to a concert and it was very convenient, affordable. The pool was great and the fitness room
The first room they gave me was on the bottom floor and the hotel is pet friendly, so my room smelled like urine so I was accommodated with a room change to the 4th floor which was great and smelled clean.

The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was nice and understanding.
Our car was broken into, and things were stolen, along with nine other cars. The manager said an employee checks the parking lot every 30 minutes, but I don’t think so. The hotel staff gave us a broom to clean the glass out of our car, and Saran Wrap for the window. They also refunded half the amount of our stay. I have stayed at other Sonesta Hotels in San Jose and our car wasn’t broken into. I guess the hotel on Technology Drive is a bad area. It was a very bad experience for our family.
