The location is the best part. The bed was very comfortable as well.
The construction/renovations were mildly inconvenient. The bathroom, especially the shower, didn’t seem very clean.

We had one night in this lovely Art Deco building in a central location. All the staff were pleasant and very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, all we needed for one night.
Not a complaint, but the hotel was undergoing some renovation which impacted the lobby and the restaurant.

Staff were exceptional, really went out of their way to help. Location was amazing, close to San Pedro Square. Room was quiet but be aware weekends late night can get a little noisy on the main street, but that's not the hotel's fault
will be better when the restaurant opens onsite, they were closed for renovations. be aware parking is an issue

The location was the best part of the hotel. Being in downtown made it very convenient and it was close to the SAP Center and many of San Jose’s main attractions. It was easy to get around from the hotel.
The cleanliness and condition of the room could definitely be improved. The room felt outdated, and the carpet looked worn and not very well maintained. Housekeeping would make the bed and replenish the amenities, but I didn’t feel that the bathroom, floors, or carpet were thoroughly cleaned during my stay.
