Hotel is convenient for the SAP Center and we could park at the property. The room was fine, comfortable and clean.

The staff from the parking attendant to the front desk were friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Easy to get to Spartan stadium.
Honesty there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The staff were quick to check me in my room even though it was last minute and the middle of the night. I extended my stay because of the staff and the ambiance. It was quiet, clean and a classic feeling hotel in the heart of Downtown San Jose.
