Area was very nice. Location in respect to our activities was perfect. We were attending a concert at Ameris Bank Amphitheater.

The best part of our stay was the excellent customer service we received from the hotel staff, both the daytime and night time desk staff. They were easy to work with and their service made our stay a solid 10. We chose this location because it was close to the Ameris Amphitheater; our travel to and from by car was quick and easy.
The breakfast area could have been a little larger with more tables, but it didn't present a problem.

It was in a good location
There was a weird smell in the room. Also, the bathrooms were really small.

Breakfast was good, other than the sausage not being pork as it should be.
Made it in around 4pm with check in being 3 you would think my room would of been ready but nope booked a king room was told I could have a room with double beds, had to wait an additional 30 mins for the room I booked to be ready. I was on a tight schedule and ever min counts and that threw off my whole evening, do better!!!!
