Clean and quite rooms

The hotel was in a safe clean area. It was located very close to the Ameris Amphitheater. I didn’t try breakfast since I slept in late. The fridge and microwave in the room were clean and worked well.
The main door to the hotel isn’t automatic so if you’re bringing in luggage alone you’ll have to juggle the door and your belongings. The room had some stains on the carpet, the light switch, and the mirror. The bathtub has some cracking in the sealing around the tub and wall.

The staff were very accommodating and beyond friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet.
The pool was a bit cold and breakfast was a little lacking.

Location was great for the amphitheater.
The hallways were hot upstairs, the bed in our king room was very uncomfortable. The mattress should have been replaced years ago. It had a dip in the middle and felt worse than sleeping on the ground. Pillows were the size of a square decorative pillow and thin. The bathtub was slick we almost fell and it has 2 rust spots. There were a few cosmetic things that needed fixing also. The shower walls looked wet before we even showered.
