We loved the comfortable beds, spacious accomodations and delicious breakfast! The basketball courts, pool and courtyard were a nice bonus.
The location was just ok. It was fine for our purposes but nothing too special.

Everything was just wonderful! This was the best hotel stay our family has ever had overall. So much space to unwind after long days of entertainment. Two bathrooms was just perfection and made traveling with two teens so much more peaceful. We travel monthly and my teen daughter asked if we can just always stay at Residence now.
The shades to block the windows were great. There was plenty of very hot water. The breakfast was superb. The rooms were immaculate.
I'm really trying to think of a negative and the closest thing I can come up is there weren't many personal care amenities. I assume that's because it's more of a long term stay place. Scouring my brain, thays literally the closest thing to a dislike I can find.

It was close to the location we were going.
Very quiet at night.
The bathroom had painters tape on the ceiling, the door handles look very dirty and were like broken or something. The back of the main door looked like it was dented and scotched up. I probably wouldn’t stay there again.
The room had a smell when we walked in.
We stayed in the first building.
The breakfast was disappointing waffles, powder eggs and a Jimmy dean sausage croissant. No bacon, fresh fruit beside bananas. I’ve had better.
It was okay for the duration of time we were there.
