Very quiet and comfortable
My room was dirty. Stains on the tiles in the bathroom and desk looked like something was spilled on it. Floor needed vacuumed as well

Location was perfect for my needs of being so close to the hospital where my mom was staying

Location good!
Pool not in operation! Breakfast was marginal!

Shower was not all the way on. Water was still inside the tub and not flowing from the shower head.
Our initial room had a non functioning air conditioning unit on a very hot and humid day.
We were preparing to attend a wedding ceremony and it was very hot in the room. Staff was very helpful and accommodating but we had little time to get ready. They did provide another room for when we returned later in the evening which was more comfortable.
