All kinds of issues with the elevator. Need a larger coffee pot for the morning rush.

Our room was very spacious. The price was good. The breakfast was good.

The couch was uncomfortable, the tv channels were limited. There was a diesel truck parked right outside our bedroom that was very loud, but, luckily it left and did not park there again.

Comfortable beds, amazing room that was clean and very spacious. Breakfast was phenomenal. Front desk staff often kept cookies out by the coffee too for guests to enjoy which were good too.

Front desk staff seemed to never want to be present at the desk. There was plenty of times I had stopped by there where they just weren't there at all and weren't there even past me waiting 10 minutes. These workers have no idea how to stay at the desk and take care of their guests. Our room NEVER got serviced the entire time we were at the hotel despite never telling the front desk agent that we didn't want service. All we got was change of towels.(We were here for 5 nights) Housekeeping staff would come into our room without our permission and wouldn't even knock. They're lucky that we kept the door to the separate bedroom closed most of the time when we were in there. Elevator kept malfunctioning while we were there- three times it wouldn't bring us to the third floor, it'd try to but then bring us back down. It'd rattle constantly as it'd go up, and or shake really hard once it landed on the ground floor. Spooky. Pool water made me feel slimy and gross. Pool walls were rusted and it seemed like the filtration system wasn't working properly. There was barely any chairs to sit on at the pool. Only benefit was that the pool was indoors. Shower had a difficult time keeping lukewarm to semi warm water, you had to fiddle with it to achieve that or you'd get scalded. Shower curtain didn't stay closed all the way either and the water pressure was lacking. There was cracks in the walls of the shower that were there before we checked in. Wifi was non-existent at this hotel. You'd get connected to it and then it'd disappear 5 seconds later unless you were downstairs in the lobby. Front desk agent said absolutely nothing about the hotel amenities, where they were, what time they closed and opened. Had to verbally ask her what time the pool opened and closed. She didn't tell us anything about breakfast. We assumed it was 6am-9am but it was 7am-10am due to it being the weekend so we had to wait an extra hour.
