They were great i need a room for my husband and dog to stay in while I had surgery

Everything was great. We rolled in about 8 pm and had a nice clean room within minutes. The lady at the desk was nice and even had a smile that late at night. The breakfast the next day was good also.
The only issue we had was the faucet for the tub was loose which made it a little difficult to use and the tub drain was draining very slowly. We did tell them about it at checkout. It wasn't a deal breaker by any means.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Easy access to the location and ample parking.
My king room had leaks from the ceiling over the shower. We were moved to a less spacious room with two queen beds.
Housekeeping needs to be a little more mindful of dirt in corners. Facility was old. Carpet and lobby furniture were dirty., Lobby rug was especially dirty. Elevators were slow, and one elevator was out of service on the second of my three days there. Wi-Fi service was not available on the second day night.
The breakfast was okay, but the juices were bitter. It was disappointing to not see a waffle machine there.
