The staff was very friendly and kept the public areas very clean. The restaurant portions in the Palmetto Tower were huge and worth the price.
We were here in mid October and the water park areas were not fully enclosed. it was so cold and windy all we could enjoy comfortably were the hot tubs. Our room shower did not have hot water.

Pool area in building 1. Room clean. Great view.
Sofa bed uncomfortable for kids. Drinks at bar watered down and bad flavor so we chose not to drink or eat there anymore.

Waterpark was awesome!! So many pools and hot tubs, there was never an issue of feeling over crowded.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are a great size and the beds slept great!
The upkeep of the furniture was subpar. To spend over 2k for 3 days I would expect the interior of the room to be updated with no to limited spots and stains. Parking isn’t the best. Would prefer to be able to have overflow parking onsite instead of having to exit the property for additional parking.
