I liked the location and price. Customer service was very welcoming and kind.
The elevators were a bit shaky. When stepping out of the elevators on the 2nd floor, there was a part of the floor (to the right) not completed which was shocking and a bit scary. The air conditioning unit made noises turning on and off. A bit noisy with kids running up and down the halls. The king room was smaller than expected, but comfortable and clean. The shower was great.

The hotel location were in good to get around the different sites that I travel too. The breakfast staffs were excellent and friendly.
The housekeeping staff never cleaned the room and bathroom had wet towels and floor mat on the floor for three-days. The sheets weren't changed also. Ice machine not working on the 3rd floor you have selected different to site to get some. Not please.
