Loved the view from our balcony. I liked the layout of the room. There were several restaurants within walking distance but we also walked to downtown and it wasn’t far either. We also seen a bear while walking to dinner in the creek outside the hotel.
The bathroom needed better ventilation. It got hot quickly.

The location was nice. We booked reservations at the Peddler for our anniversary and it was a 2 minute walk. In heels, that was a plus. We walked to downtown Gatlinburg several times and it’s an easy walk as long as you don’t mind walking.
Our shower had mildew build up around the sliding door, chips in the bottom of the shower and the most annoying is that the shower didn’t drain. We had to quickly shower to keep from the water flowing over the side of the lip.
