The Ours at Downtown Gatlinburg

Ez to strip. Quiet. Cheap.

No human interaction at all

Way more room than expected. Very clean.

Not the properties fault but someone close to our room was getting high. The smell was so strong it was in our rooms. I cannot be around it because I get a bad headache.

It was overall really great stayed two nights. Easy access too room and communication with staff through email/text was great. Big room and very clean and good wifi !! Will be staying here next time also good prices !

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Although the location was close to the strip, across the street is a really rundown apartment complex with lots of trash around it. Also across the street are two, what looks to be, old hotels that are no longer in business. They are also pretty rundown. Saw no staff the entire stay. Was told by the property to text if we needed anything, so I did and received no reply. The stay was for four nights for two people, and we were given four towels and four washcloths in total for those four days. With no response from the property, we had to reuse the towels and washcloths. No ideal especially since we were doing some hiking.
