Hampton Inn & Suites Ocean City Bayfront-Convention Center

We especially enjoyed getting acquainted with Joe the breakfast bar attendant! He really went above and beyond his job duties. He's extremely polite and friendly. You can clearly see that he loves his job and enjoys interacting with the hotel guests. He made our hotel stay and going to breakfast all the more enjoyable!! 😋

The hotel room hallways are kept a bit too cold for comfort in the Fall season! The toilets are sitting to low to the floor. They don't seem to be of standard height. The shower water temperature did not get very hot.

Everything! The staff were above and beyond excellent. From check-in to check-out. The cleaning staff did a great job of keeping the room clean on a daily basis. From what I observed, they were understanding to guests who needed a little extra time for them to exit the room so the staff could return to clean it. The complimentary breakfast is a major draw and it offers a wide variety of breakfast foods to satisfy everyone. The staff that monitors that area are terrific. If you have a question or need, it's taken care of immediately. A special shout-out to Joe who made sure every guest that was in the breakfast area was happy and well taken care of.

There are no complaints however, my husband would have liked to see bananas served on a daily basis for breakfast. One additional thought. Not a complaint!!! Of the many Hampton Inns and Suites we have stayed at, one of the treats for guests was chocolate chip cookies put out on the check-in counter around 6 PM every evening. Not a lot of cookies; just enough to keep us coming back. The unfortunate thing about the cookies is that the staff at the desk has to monitor the takers. Sad but true - that's how good the cookies are.

Pillows were to soft and uncomfortable.

Water never got hot, only like warm and room was next to elevator. You could hear elevators going all day and night
