Hilton Garden Inn Ocean City Oceanfront

Location is wonderful. Staff were friendly and professional. The minute you arrive Vince is ready to help with your luggage. Then to the front desk , where Makena is so nice and pleasant. She makes you feel right at home. Later, we went to the bar for appetizers and drinks. Jeff is a great bartender. You must try his Old Fashion and his Espresso Martini. I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed.

Very clean and updated, staff was great

When I booked on Booking.com there was no mention of a parking fee. When checking in I was told there was a $15 a night parking fee. Had stayed there many times before and never paid for parking. I almost walked out but had been driving for 9 hours and needed rest. I won’t be back as long as there is a fee for parking. It’s price gouging!!!!!

We were disappointed with our stay, especially considering the price we paid and the expectations that come with the Hilton name. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The carpet in our room was also in need of a thorough cleaning. There were several large black stains and spots, including an area that honestly looked like someone may have gotten sick on the carpet at some point. For the amount we paid, I expected the room to be cleaner, better maintained, and more comfortable. I understand that hotels experience normal wear and tear, especially in a busy beach destination, but the condition of the carpet and the uncomfortable bed were disappointing. We expected a higher standard from a Hilton property. The hotel itself may have a great location, but the room did not feel like it matched the price or the Hilton name.
