Customer service was great and beds were very comfortable, I love that I was able to pregame at the bar in the hotel before the concert
No breakfast but not a big deal they have a nice restaurant walking out the door

The only breakfast was something you had to buy. i only had yogurt and coffee. i usually pick a place with free breakfast. The bed was comfortable.
My coffee pot had not been cleaned and when I prepared to pour water into it I was greeted with a fungus or science project inside. It was so disgusting that it gave me terrible reels in my head. The hotel is tired and needs updating, It was my first time at an Aloft hotel and I was not impressed with the clientele or the employees. I will stick with my usual Wyndham choice. i WON;T RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.
