It’s a lovely hotel in a great location.
The cost is high and I didn’t feel it provided good value.

Amazing location and room. Great bed and bedding. Gemma restaurant very good and great for people watching. Great service. Reception very helpful.
Gym was a little tired with one exercise mat only and a bit of a basement feel but it is NYC and gyms are usually only ok. Housekeeping should have been much better.

I thought the hotel was unique, the staff was fabulous, and the room service was outstanding.
Our room faced the street , so the construction noise was a little much to hear when we were paying a pretty high price for our 4 day stay.

Well located
Far too dark, difficult to feel comfortable or safe in the common areas, room lighting too dim even in bathroom
