The staff was very engaged. Called my husband and I by our last name as we entered and exit the property.
The room was nice and clean and very comfortable.
All staff were exceptionally.

Great location
On The pool side, coming down the stairs, you have to exit to the outside to come back in due to the door not opening from the stairs side.

I love the location of the premises everytime found this stay for a good price for the night
Did not care for the ladies attitude in dealing with my concern, I understand the policy but she handled it very poorly. As I always choose a king bed, I feel like i was given this certain room due to the issue we was having. This room location provided the worst view and as being a repeat customer i know there are different views. Basically since I had voiced my opinion on a issue she chose and gave me the worst view. Oh well I will stay at location again however I hope I dont have to deal with her again. Yes I am comparing her to the last staff member I dealt with on a previous stay,whom he was very polite and welcoming.
