The location is great and the building is beautiful.
The decor in the rooms was a little dated and our room on the first floor had windows facing the courtyard, which was pretty active. But none of it wouldn’t influence our decision to return because we really enjoyed the experience!

Location and the design style of hotel, big beds with an office desk,
Service in general very lovely. We just check in late and there was a misunderstanding with the room occupancy- the room we got was already in use when we tried to check in the guest were sleeping. Just lucky they locked the door from the inside. Can happen and not a disaster because the late night security guy was very helpful. But staff still was amazing!

I like the location and the staff were exceptional.
This hotel is not renovated enough to cost the money it does. The facility itself is run down, there was a damp, moldy odor in my room, and a strong odor of sewage on some of the other floors. One of my bigger issues was the cleaning lady that ignored my DO NOT DISTURB sign and literally just walked in my room while I was changing. A hiccup, yes....but definitely worth noting when a person is traveling alone and the door unexpectedly opens.
