It was nice and convenient

The restroom inside my room had a problem flashing.
The restroom,and also i was able to listen to all noises happening in the hallway or next room

I liked the location and the breakfast. The staff was excellent.
The room could use an update on furniture and bedding, and a better shower head.

The last lady who helped us was nice and helpful
The lady who checked us in kept making a face and wouldn’t acknowledge me or my partner and apparently double charged me for our booking an additional $198. Then when trying to resolve it they said I had to wait till Monday for upper management it wasn’t until the desk lady during our check out helped me that I got it fixed. Additionally housekeeping came banging on our door at 10am on our check out day asking when we were leaving even though our check out was for eleven we said do not disturb and we declined housekeeping services
