Felt like home away from home. Loved our room and our stay. Will definitely be going back in two weeks..

Nothing to complain about

I loved the closeness to the airport, restaurants, the mall and other shopping locations. The shuttle service was great, my wife and I got to the airport at 1:30am due to delays, we didn't get a rental, so we called and there they were, in less than 10 minutes. The Hotel is very quiet, beds are comfortable, room is clean. I love that I could have a complimentary hot cup of coffee whenever, just as advertised the Hotel is very decent.

When we were checking out, on Tuesday September 29, 2026, the Caucasian Lady at the front desk was on a call, she didn't acknowledge me, much less to know what I was there for. 18 minutes and 2 phone calls later, she finally acknowledges me and only says she's sorry. When I gave her the cards, she realized that I was upset, she then says she apologize for the wait. At this time the damage was already done, so I walked off to avoid having an argument and left the hotel. This was my first time at Candlewood and we had a wonderful time, except for checking out. We booked the hotel prior and are scheduled to return to Candlewood on Friday October 2-4, 2026, right now I am considering to change my reservation, because of the Lady's front desk mannerism.

Old. Needs updating. No towels, just a few hand cloths. No safety bars in bathtub.

Location is perfect right near the airport and a lot of restaurants and shopping malls. The rooms are a decent size and the bed is super comfy. Large bathroom is great with lots of shelves for toiletries.

Kitchenette wasn’t equipped for multiple guests - each room should have had a set of 4 dining items we hardly had one of each. Lighting was a bit dark not great for doing make up. Cleaning crew were late on cleaning the room.
