The location was great! We walked across the bridge to Canal Park. We were close to the beach, that was disappointing because there was a bad smell, and there was some sort of organic material all over the place.
I was having trouble with booking through Expedia and I called the front desk. The room on Expedia was not available, only significantly more expensive rooms. I finally got the booking through Expedia to work and got the room I wanted.

The room was amazing. We loved the balcony, we love to watch the ships come in. They were right off the balcony. Top 10 place to stay on our list, we will definitely stay again.

Property well maintained, and they thought of everything in the room: magnifying mirror in bathroom, complimentary cookies, microwave popcorn, hot chocolate, candies, water bottles, etc.
No elevator so we decided not to carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs. Just took out what we needed.
