We have always loved the location of the hotel. We also enjoy the many dining options and the location the the Canal Park Bridge.

When I booked the room, I know that I had booked a room with the westward window. My husband and I love watching and hearing the charter boats come in. So I was very disappointed that we had been given an interior room. Our room was clean and prepped nicely for our stay.

Loved staying in Canal Park. Multiple restaurants to pick from. Beautiful weather and walking the Lake Walk was fabulous.

Rented a King Suite. We were very disappointed. It was very expensive for what the room was. It was very dark and depressing. It felt like we were in a corner of a dark basement. The room definitely needs a window or shouldn’t be a “suite”. Being a pet friendly hotel, It would be helpful to have a pet area so we’re not walking blocks in the middle of the night to find grass for the pets.
