Had very bad people in rm next to us 1st nite. Had several kids in their rm that got up @4am hollering n screaming. Called desk n he asked them to quiet kids. So they turned tv very loud. Called desk again n when clerk asked him to turn down TV he started swearing loudly and was very very angry and sounded violent and I was truly afraid for my life. Day clerk knew nothing about it but did apologize and said that rm was cking out. Never had an experience like that in my life and I'm 75 and have traveled around and stayed in alot of big n small cities.

Great location ❤️
Staff was a little rude at times. My partner locked himself out and they would not give him a key bc his Identification wasn't in their system even tho he was on our account and checked in with me upon arrival.

Convenient
Other people very loud during the night

Easy access to everything and didn’t hear any freeway noise despite being right next to it! There was always hot water and the toilet was separate from the sink so it made sharing the room with others easier
At times it smelled of cigarette smoke but not all the time
