I've been staying at this location for 3yrs every time I travel to see my daughter who is a currently a junior at Davidson College. You won't find a better bang for your buck. The rooms & facilities are clean. The staff is proactive & helpful. The location is wonderful. Easy access to the highway. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets & gyms within a few miles.
The original entrance has been under reconstruction for over a year now. Very minor inconvenience but I felt compelled to put something down her.

It was nice, in a great area, accommodated for last minute booking for a football game and birthday
The pool wasn’t available and that’s mainly why we chose this hotel

Breakfast was good.
The pool was closed . My a/c barely got cold. Staff wasn’t very welcoming. Bathroom wasn’t that clean. In the middle of some renovations so had to enter from the back.
