We liked how friendly the staff was and was accommodating with more towels and pillows. We loved the never ending fresh coffee.
The elevator was very slow and one wasn’t working. We really missed the waffle maker during breakfast. Please bring that back!

Lobby was nice and clean
Has 2 elevators one wasn’t working and the other was holding on, elevator working the doors kept opening and shutting and wouldn’t take us downstairs with a full luggage cart of items. Elevator was also dirty. Had an ADA room and the only thing ADA was the bathroom,

Convenience to places I needed to go.
I hate they changed Breakfast and removed the waffle maker and biscuits and gravy.

The pillows were great
No Ice buckets in the rooms or at the ice machine. You have to go all the way down to the front desk to get one. If they don’t want them in the room the front desk should offer one at check in.
