The Habit burger and grill just down the street was actually pretty good!
Breakfast room too small for number of guests. Serving area cramped and congested, not enough tables.
We ended up taking our breakfast back to our room as there was nowhere to sit. They should provide take-out containers for breakfast if they can't provide enough seating.

Room size for the quad
Website and staff with a call prior to Check In claimed the outdoor pool was heated and working fine. The pool was not heated. Hot tub was fine. The wifi internet dropped repeatedly. Guests should not have to watch a Prevagen commercial every time you tried to connect to the free wifi! It’s nit free if I have watch a commercial over and over. We had multiple devices with same problem. The DISH TV system also has less than 25% of the channels working on both TVs. And channels that were working would stop working.
