Received a call that there was a problem with plumbing need to relocate us for one night, too far from where we needed to be… but ended up resolving situation

I loved the location. The pool and hot tub were a hit with my twins. There were many restaurants close by and room service even had a gluten free cookie for my twins to enjoy! The beds were comfortable but basic.
The tub is awful. I’m currently experiencing nerve pain as I ask in the tub to help. The tub was the most shallow I had ever seen. The back was straight up and down with no slope and had a tile shelf behind it making it extremely uncomfortable. We had to order extra towels from room service to pad the back and make it doable, although still pretty miserable. Due to this I wouldn’t book here again it just didn’t match the price point and expectations of the hotel at all. I at least would want a standard tub.
