Room was comfortable
I remember when they had a breakfast buffet. We really missed it as the food from restaurant for breakfast was overpriced for the quality

Bed was super comfy, staff was very friendly and accommodating, room and premises were extremely clean.
I only took a star off for the pool getting very little direct sun (in October anyway) but the pool itself was cool and clean.

The architecture and the location
I didn’t like how rude the staff was, the enormous parking fee and the stiff bed
