I'm giving this hotel a high score because I was so surprised at how great it was for a red roof budget hotel.
The rooms were very large.
Fast efficient, friendly check-in.
Great location for us as we recycling the Erie Canal Way.
Clean, new and radiant heated bathroom floors!

Breakfast was adequate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Most amenities were fine.
When I went to open the fridge, it nearly fell out onto my feet. Something was broken underneath and it was very unstable. The room door locking mechanism did not fully engage, so that it appears the door was ill fitting. The door was locked but not fully. We reported these things to the duty manager who said he would come and look but never did so. We reported to another duty manager as we left in the morning and just hope these things have been sorted out.
