Location was spot on, right next to Times Square! Which I didn't quite expect! Close and local to all the sights in midtown, and everything is within a stones throw of walking distance to Penn and Grand Central station!
It is a bit loud at night because it is so close to Times Square you'll be hearing the noise of ambulances and cars, and people playing loud music. However, that's what you get when you're 300 feet or what not from the square. Then, parking - that's a little hard to do when you need space to exit and there is a ton of a traffic down the one way street.

Close to Times Square and Richard Rodger’s Theater.
Lobby too small. No onsite restaurant. No pool. Some bathroom fixtures looked worn.

comfort bed. Great A/C. Quiet room.
Breakfast is limited to USD 50 per day. One morning, the breakfast cashier charge tip without telling. That's not honest.
Leaking pipe. Restroom is wet all the time.
