Casablanca Hotel by Library Hotel Collection

The property is conveniently located, offers an adjacent parking garage, and is just gorgeous!

The breakfast could have more protein.

The location was fantastic- right next to Times square. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We initially had an internal room which was a bit smaller and the window was very small. The staff were very helpful and changed the room to an external room with a view over the street. I was delighted with this!! The room and bathroom were significantly bigger and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The breakfast was continental and more than adequate and it was a great bonus to have coffee, water and snacks all day. Would definitely recommend!!

The internal room we were initially allocated

The staff were fantastic- Nothing was too much trouble. 24 coffee and snacks at the 2nd floor cafe were complimentary . The location is about as central as you get, yet the hotel feels more like a family establishment than a big corporate establishment . We spent 6 nights there and pretty much it was pretty be of the most welcoming places we have stayed.

Room was dark, but we were out most of the day. That being said, it was very clean and comfortable. Water pressure could have been better, but that’s a little picky.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location.

Slightly dated.
