I’m a frequent visitor. The property has always been clean and well maintained.
There is now a parking fee of $16 per night. I didn’t see information about the new fee on the site. If you want guests to register their cars that’s understandable. It seems strange to me to add an extra expense while the hotel is under construction.
On the website it also still has rooms available with breakfast included. Even though the restaurant is currently closed.

The location in the metro was close to lots of stores.
The hotel is going through construction and the pool was closed, it didn't have that listed on the website. I was with my kids and had to go to another hotel to use their facility. Also the room stunk like BO, there was food left in the mini fridge as well, and the tub was not cleaned.
