Thoughtful layout and great design with a wonderful view from the kitchen window. Angelo and Anthony are either artists or art enthusiasts (or both) and we enjoyed staying amongst their collections. Will stay here again next time we’re in Kingston!

Very clean and comfortable. Loved the retro decor!
Angelo met us when we arrived and even had cookies waiting and a chilled bottle of wine in the refrigerator.

Not a single bad thing to report! The photos actually undersold how nice and cozy the loft is. It was the perfect accommodation to come back to after a day of hiking and exploring Kingston. Angelo was flexible with our arrival timing and both welcoming and helpful as soon as we arrived.
We tend to be a bit finicky when it comes to cleanliness in a hosted stay like this and the space was truly spotless.
Amazing stay and hope to be back!

We had an entire apartment, with everything we needed- a well appointed kitchen, where we made breakfast before heading out.
There were lots of windows and great light and views. Beautiful pottery and artwork added a lot of warmth and charm.
The bed was very comfortable for 2. We we in the back of a lovely yard behind the main house and the yard was available to sit or walk. Gorgeous hydrangeas were in full bloom in August. Hosts were very responsive. It was in a very quiet residential area maybe 7-10 minutes from center of Kingston and 15 minutes from Rhinebeck, across the river
It was a tall stairway up to the loft- which would be a problem for someone with difficulty with stairs. Throw rugs were lovely but a tripping hazard, I rolled one up and removed it from my space. The dining room chairs didn’t move very easily because of the type of rug and the foot of the chairs.
