Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Airport West/Doral

The rom was clean. The breakfast need more variation

The breakfast selection could have offered more variety in bread toppings.

It was nice. The room was spacious & comfortable. The location was convenient. The breakfast was also very nice.

My only complaints are: 1. There was no trash bin in the washroom/bathroom. I think one should be, especially for female guests. 2. USB & C-port type charging outlets would be a convenient, modern additional feature.

The family enjoyed the breakfast option. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend to any family. We took the shuttle to the airport and that was one of the main reason we chose this hotel. Location was also convenient, near restaurants and shopping center.

The luggage cart was nowhere to be found and we had seven large suitcases. The front desk staff even did a round to see if they found it on any of the floors, but someone took it to their room and did not return it. Recommend you have 2-3 luggage carts or demand that guest return it by taking down their room number when they borrow it.

Coffee for guest was almost everyday cold . I had to ask for clean towels at days the towels were supposed to be changed Breakfast was not what I aspected as before For people who only eat chicken as meat were the options nihil, On 1 or 2 days in the week you had turkey patties When I came to check in , I almost waited more than half hour before everything about payment the hotel could finalize because the manager was busy with something else at that moment and the lady at the front desk needed help of the manager because she did not know why the payment was not going through And mind you , I did paid everything before arriving through booking .com. But after a while everything was fine, but after a long flight you just want to go to your room not wait so long at the front desk for an answer
