Hyatt Place Memphis Primacy Parkway

Location was great for our purpose. We went to an event close by and didn’t want to drive back home late night. Room was nice and clean, and had a fridge which was important to us because we brought food back. Front desk clerk was awesome and friendly. Didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast onsite because I had to leave and go to work.

For a Hyatt brand the bathroom was small for the price.

Should have more options for breakfast for the amount for the stay. Location in a decent location.

The appearance of the room was less than what was to be expected from a Hyatt Place facility. I have stayed in several in the past. The lamp on the desk was rusted, the office chair at the desk was broken, fabric around bed frame had multiple big brown stains on it. Sink and shower appeared to be cleaned, but had remnants of hair in both. There were also clumps of dust behind the bathroom door. For the price the experience was underwhelming. I had book a double room ( 2 double beds) as I was traveling with my mother for a medical procedure. When checking in, I was told that I couldn’t have a double room, they were all taken. I was offered a king room with a couch. I accepted as it was getting late and we needed to get settled for the 5:30am procedure. If I had more time left in the day, I would most definitely went to one of the other facilities close by. Do better Hyatt Place! I work hard for my money and hate for it to be wasted on bad experiences!
