Kept me on the first floor as I requested! Pool was clean and ready for the family!!.Staff was great!! Good Parking!!! Comfortable beds and great breakfast options!!
Bath tub was clean but could use an upgrade!

The breakfast offered by the hotel was great and was a nice feature. Plenty of parking was available all around the building, with doors to make it easy to enter and exit. The aesthetic of the hotel matched the lodge in its name.
Staff-to-staff communication seems to be lacking. We asked for a Pack 'n Play in our room about a week before our arrival, but we had to get one from the front desk after we entered our room and it was not there. The only way to reach the second floor is stairs, which at first was a hassle to bring up all our luggage and toddler, but we got used to it. We stayed for 4 days and not once did the house keepers come by. I am under the impression they only clean rooms when they are needed. We had to ask the front desk for new towels after the second day. A lot of small cosmetic issues, such as damaged lamps but were still functional, water damage to the ceiling, and the tub drain would not close to hold water. Also note the TV in the room is not a smart TV and only has cable so if you want netflix or disney+ you will need to bring your own roku or firestick.
