Great location! Beds were comfy. Front desk staff was very friendly. Me and my daughter felt safe. Very clean hotel.
We couldn’t get hot water. Water was warm.

It was clean.
There was something off with the electric. The outlet the microwave was plugged into had tripped. I wasn't familiar with the set up for that and had to ask for someone to check into it. The bathroom outlet didn't work at all. I tried to reset it, but the yellow light wasn't on at all. When I went to get ice from the machine it didn't work. Two things men were getting into the elevator but the stopped and one came over to help. He ended up reaching behind the machine and explained he needed to reset the breaker. What's going on there? There hadn't been a storm in that city for a very very long time. There were two ottomans. They were covered with vinyl that was disintegrating. It looked really janky.

It was extremitly hot and there were no shade out by the pool! There umbrella stands but NO umbrellas
