The property was nice and clean and quiet and great location.
I didn’t like that there was not enough parking to accommodate the guests staying there specially when we have to unload our suitcase. They should at least have a designated parking to unload your stuff and to load your stuff.
The breakfast was okay not fantastic. Coffee was cold.

This place is a little gem that is ideally placed for a visit to Napa and the surrounding region. It is very 1920’s and the wood panels really set the building up. The bedroom was spacious and the bed massive. It was extremely comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent and filling. Throughly recommended this guest house.
Everything.

The location is close to RiverFront Downtown and neighborhood is pretty quiet.
Wish there could be an elevator.
