As soon as you walk in the beauty just hits you it’s a very well kept hotel , staff were amazing very polite and happy to accommodate your needs , we booked a room with a castle view which didn’t disappoint the room it self was clean and neat which met my OCD qualities , i will definitely be staying here again .
only thing i didn’t like was the fact we couldn’t open the windows and it was abit warm in the room so abit of air would of been great

Well, appointed Property with nice rooms. However, there was no air-conditioning and no means of ventilation in the room
We were woken at 7:45 by loud banging caused by the roof Maintenance work. We reported this to reception they apologised and on a slightly jokey basis we agreed they wouldn’t charge us for a Twix bar at £1.50. In the event we were charged for the Twix Bar. I can only assume that the complaint went no further than the receptionist.
I emailed the hotel pointing this out, but they couldn’t be bothered to reply.
